Hosting and invitation expectations:

We are thrilled to learn that you're considering inviting Love-on to be a part of your event!

As you contemplate extending this special invitation, we want to make sure you have all the valuable information you need to make an informed decision. Our aim is to assist you in the best possible way.

Airport Transportation*: We kindly request you provide all roundtrip non-stop airline tickets for the speakers invited with a reputable major airline, preferably with priority boarding. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for the opportunity to review and approve the proposed itinerary before your office proceeds with the flight purchase.

Ground Transportation*: All transportation to and from the airport, as well as throughout the duration of the event will need to be provided by the host.

Hotel Accommodations: For the comfort and convenience of our team, we kindly ask you to secure hotel accommodations in a full-service hotel conveniently located near the event venue. Please reserve non-smoking room, preferably with a king-sized bed. Please note that each speaker will require that a separate room be provided.

Food and Beverage: Our team prefers lighter meals before and after speaking engagements, avoiding heavy foods. Additionally, some of our team members follows a no-meat diet and take pleasure in salads, fruits, and nuts. It would be appreciated if you could have water, seltzer water, and Coke products including Diet Coke readily available for the team. We kindly ask that you provide meals for the team upon their arrival and throughout the duration of the event.

Honorarium: At Love-on, we are dedicated to making our vision and mission accessible to the community, serving as a valuable resource for all. In keeping with this commitment, we have chosen not to have a set honorarium for our participation at events. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to take part in events that require a registration charge or have an entrance fee.

However, please understand that while Love-on doesn't have a set honorarium, we wholeheartedly welcome and appreciate donations made to support the Love-on organization. These donations play a crucial role in helping us continue our important work. If you would like to make a contribution, kindly make the donation payable to Love-on, Inc. Rest assured, a W9 form will be provided upon acceptance of the invitation, ensuring all necessary documentation is taken care of.
